This last weekend I received my order of organic cotton crocheted washcloths from EcoGeneration on Etsy. Oh my - these will make you feel so incredibly pampered! The organic cotton yarn is amazing and Karen's crochet work is superb!
I've made a few washcloths of my own (inspired by Karen's) and I like how soft they are. But Karen's are the softest! With washing they will only get softer. (Goody goody goody!) She made a tighter "weave" one and a shell stitch one. I was worried about the bigger holes in the shell stitch one but they posed no problems.
I like the size as it fits my palm well and I find them easier to use than the standard/oversized washcloth that we normally see in the stores. I always loose where the soap portion is on those department store monsters as the cloth slips around in my hand. Not so with Karen's little lovelies.
The set also came with a cute little makeup remover pad. (I must admit I haven't used it yet, I've only been "petting" it because it's made of the same irresistibly soft yarn.)
As you can see, I highly recommend the washcloths at EcoGeneration! But Karen has a great variety of eco and green products.
